![]() There are now a number of great options, it comes down to the length of line that you want to set up and the amount of money that you want to spend. Most long lines also use a different tensioning system to the ratchet. This may seem a big change but walking this line over the same 10m distance won’t cause you any problems. We would recommend that you do a little more reading of reviews to find the line that gives you the flexibility that you are looking for.Īs the lines get longer they also get narrower. You can get trick lines with more bounce, surfer lines, travel lines etc. Probably the interesting change would be to look at the various options available with regard to the actual tension of the line. ![]() You can go longer, this may have 2 ratchets to tension the line. There are now numerous lines on the market that offer a similar experience to your start up line. ![]() Once you are walking the 10 meter slackline with no wobble with just the occasional fall you are ready for the Highline, Longline or the Trickline. Now it's all about practice and then more practice. If they are above your head its very natural for you to throw your hands over your centre line to make a balance correction. ![]() Stick them up … way up high! It doesn't seem natural thing to do at this stage, but you will soon learn to relax your arms and allow them to help you maintain your balance. This will give you options to make those slight adjustments. Keep your head up! Focus on a point on the tree ahead or at the end of the slackline. It's also time to really think about your technique. The slackline is like any other new skill, it's all about milage, time on the line and practice. The knee wobble is but a distant memory. Time to start walking the line. You will be back the next day, your mind and body already visualising taking more and more steps along the line. You are now exhausted and ready to have a break. Your arms start naturally helping you adjust your balance and the addiction has kicked in. You start to balance on each foot and you are ready for your first few steps. Your body is starting to develop some muscle memory and is naturally adjusting to make tiny alterations in your ankles and core to keep you on the line. Time to take a step forward, this often feels like a step back because your second leg will start with the shakes! After all your previous work, this stage will not last as long and you are quickly able to control the wobble. It should have enough tension to stop you touching the ground at the midway point. When setting up the line, it should be approximately knee height when you stand on the centre of the line. Starting at 15 meters in length it is attached to 2 fixed points, usually trees. Hopefully this small introduction to Slacklining will help you make that first step.Ī Slackline is a strap, usually 2 to 5 cm wide. Slacklining is about balance and commitment to practice. We have various Slacklines in Croatia that we set up in the trees above Srebrena beach and also one Slackline permanently set up outside MoaAlm Mountain Retreat in Austria. We hope to share our enthusiasm of embracing the Slackline with as many WearActive guests as possible. It’s now an activity that we have spent many hours practicing and we are constantly looking for new places to set up the line. Slacklining was introduced to us by a guest who stayed at WearActive with his family on the Croatian Island of Vis. ![]() Our precipitation score, which is based on the three-hour precipitation centered on the hour in question, is 10 for no precipitation, falling linearly to 9 for trace precipitation, and to 0 for 0.04 inches of precipitation or more. It is the scale that unites the body and consciousness with nature.Īccording to Richard Huisken, music tuned to 432 Hz is softer and calmer, giving greater clarity and is easier on the ears. Lowering the pitch by just 8 Hz helps to calm the body and mind which in turn makes us more flexible, creative, peaceful and spontaneous It also helps in the release of negative energy and can easily put us in a wonderful state of calm where relaxation is natural. Playing and listening to music that has been tuned to 432 Hz creates a sense of peace and well being as it is the harmonic intonation of nature. If you require guidance and instruction on techniques for using the tuning forks therapeutically, we recommend that you purchase the Tuning Fork Therapy® DVD - Part 1 and/or read the eBook Tuning Fork Therapy Level One.“Music based on 432hz will support humanity on its way towards spiritual freedom. It is recommended that you purchase the tuning forks rubber mallet, to activate the tuning forks correctly. Note: The recorded sound may include other sounds from the environment in which they were recorded e.g., birds sounds, car sounds, reversing truck sounds, dogs barking, cracking sounds from wind or from room heating up or cooling down etc. ![]() Most musical instruments can be adjusted using this tuning fork using the note A at 432 Hz. Listening to music in 432 Hz therefore accelerates the spiritual development of the music lover, although the tempo is for everyone different. 440 Hz is working at the third eye chakra, "the thinking", while 432 Hz is working at the heart chakra, "the feeling". Further there's also less noise pressure with 432 Hz.Ĥ32 Hz is more favourable for the chakras too. It's known that, for example, 90 dB gives hearing damage after 8 hours. This means less hearing damage, as long as you put the volume not too high. Practically the difference is more clear with quiet and classical music than with hard, loud music.īecause 432 Hz gives a greater clarity than 440 Hz, there's less need to play music in 432 Hz as loud as in 440 Hz. But you must have a good ear for music to hear this difference. Research shows that music in 432 Hz, in according to the majority of the music lovers, is nicer for hearing, softer, brighter and more beautiful than music in 440 Hz. What are the advantages of 432 Hz above 440 Hz? If you find musical instruments from ancient times (for example from the old Greeks and Egyptians), and nowadays in still distant areas on Earth, these instruments are mostly adjusted at 432 Hz. Most musical instruments are therefore adjusted at 440 Hz nowadays, that wasn't earlier always the fact. Many protests of (among others) French musicians, who wanted 432 Hz as the standard, didn't help unfortunately. But in 1953 at a congress of musicians in London, 440 Hz still became the international ISO 16-standard. Their effort to standardize this worldwide didn't succeed for then. In 1939 Germany and England determined 440 Hz as the frequency of the musical pitch, after first recommendations in the 19th century. ![]() This musical pitch is the standard pitch of the diapason, which is the musical note A above the middle C, scientifically named A4. Maria Renold's book "Intervals Scales tones and the concert Pitch C=128hz" claims conclusive evidence that 440Hz and raising concert pitch above "C" Prime=128hz (Concert A=432hz) disassociates the connection of consciousness to the body and creates anti-social conditions in human beings.Ĥ32 Hz is the natural "musical pitch" in the universe, as opposed to 440 Hz, which is the standard in the music nowadays in, for example, music albums and mp3 files. Some people experience vivid dreams and lucid experiences of spiritual connection, once the electrical potential of the sphenoid bone begins to regulate the cranial and spinal fluid in resonance from music tuned to A=432hz. By retuning musical instruments and using concert pitch at A=432hz instead of A=440Hz, you can feel the difference of connecting awareness to natural resonance. The sun, Saturn, Earth and moon, all exhibit ratio's of the number 432.Ĭoncert pitch A=432hz pitch can have profound positive effects on consciousness and also on the cellular level of our bodies. Library: Ebook readers can’t stand on the strength of their hardware alone.Other features: While not required, features like waterproofing and Bluetooth audio can make a good e-reader great. In other words, most specs are less important than how good the ebook reader feels in the hand. Battery life and storage: Most of the readers promise battery life somewhere between six and eight weeks (depending on usage) and offer 8 GB or 32 GB of storage.Six-inch screens are the most common size, as well as the most portable and likely to be pocketable, although newer readers pack larger screens into similarly sized bodies, which is a bonus. The local cops didn’t mention it, apparently since he was helping them. Jack did not have a Driver’s License, but he spent a lot of time driving someone else’s car. But the rest was such a good ride I didn’t mind. Even Sherlock Holmes couldn’t have done that. Jack’s ability to guess someone’s alias and location was too far-fetched for me. If it’s entertaining with good action, I’m happy to accept “technical fiction.” I do agree some things were too coincidental. Some reviewers complained that the author wasn’t technically accurate about weapons, procedures, and other things. There were some gruesome torture scenes that might bother some readers, but they are described after the fact, not shown, which may help a little. She and Jack fall for each other so there is a touch of romance and several sex scenes. So I liked seeing Jack hurt or kill them without worrying about their civil rights. I like seeing revenge and justice for bad guys. I loved what he did when he was wrongly put into the section of a prison with the worst of convicted murderers. Jack is put into circumstances where I think how is he going to survive? But he does neat things and survives and wins. No one is being stupid or incompetent – well, maybe a little by some of the bad guys who are not as competent as Jack. I can’t wait to keep going with this series. I was pulled in and didn’t want to stop reading for almost the entire book. Wow! This was good! When Jack hears the details about the first murder, his analysis was amazing. In the next few days the police chief is killed and someone else disappears. The local cops arrest Jack for questioning. Someone was killed around the time Jack arrived. Jack gets off the bus and walks into the small town of Margrave, Georgia, out of curiosity about a singer who lived there sixty years ago. Now Jack just wants to wander, living off his severance pay, buying cheap clothes he can throw away rather than wash, no ID, no Driver’s License, no credit cards, using cash, being anonymous. He retired as a major six months ago at age 36. He had to be able to outthink them and fight them. He was a homicide investigator in the military police for thirteen years, hunting trained killers gone bad.
